Membership of the Council shall be deemed to have terminated in the following cases:-

(a) In case of ineligibility to remain a member as per section 7,

(b) Given from the position of a member If the resignation is accepted,

(c) in case of death, or

(d) in case of absence from more than three consecutive meetings of the Council without giving notice to the Council with reasons.

However, the council may allow a member to be absent from the council meeting for a maximum period of six months only.
